Ms. Xiao Huiping specializes in capital markets and has extensive experience in corporate M&A deals, private equity financing and overseas listings.

She has represented clients in numerous domestic and cross-border M&A and restructuring transactions and  recently represented the A-share listed company Victory Giant Technology (300476.SZ) in its acquisition of 100% equity of Pole Star Limited for approximately US$460 million, indirectly holding all equity interests of MFS Technology. Ms. Xiao represented United Family Healthcare in its acquisition of hospitals from the Hong Kong-listed company Rici Health (1526.HK) and she represented Jiangsu Huanyu, a leading automotive supplier for acoustic and thermal management in China, in the sale of a controlling interest to the Swiss-listed company Autoneum.

Ms. Xiao has experience in private equity deals and she has represented clients in numerous private equity investments. Her clients include companies across sectors such as artificial intelligence, technology, healthcare, consumer, logistics, games, SaaS, cloud services and fin-tech. Ms. Xiao has represented institutional clients including HongShan, Tencent, CDH Investments, Qiming Venture, Shunwei Capital, HLC, Fengshion Capital, Yuanbio Venture Capital and BioTrack Capital.

Ms. Xiao has also represented clients in completing multiple overseas listings. She recently represented the A-share listed company Victory Giant Technology (300476.SZ) on its main board listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, achieving a dual A+H listing and raising proceeds of over HKD 20 billion.
