Ms. Wang Chun has extensive experience in capital markets, listed company M&As and private equity/venture capital. She has led many domestic and overseas IPOs and represented target companies and investors in  transactions across various industries. With an in-depth understanding of both financial and industrial investment logic, Ms. Wang provides services from startup establishment through to IPOs, seasoned equity offerings and post-investment dispute resolution. She has also served as standing legal counsel for dozens of listed companies, multinational groups, state-owned enterprises, high-tech companies and startups. Ms. Wang has practical experience in listed company information disclosure, equity incentive plans, foreign investment, SOE compliance and labor law matters, and is well-versed in industry-specific legal issues across multiple sectors.

In 2024, the Genmab acquisition of ProfoundBio for USD 1.8 billion in cash led by Ms. Wang was recognized as a Deal of the Year by China Business Law Journal.
