Ms. Qi Ji joined JunHe’s Beijing office in 2012 and specializes in domestic and Hong Kong listings, private equity investments, material assets reorganization and general legal services. She has participated in domestic and Hong Kong initial public offerings (IPOs) and listings, significant asset restructurings, state-owned enterprise reforms, mergers and acquisitions, investment and financing and financial bond issuances and she provides ongoing legal services for various companies.

Ms. Qi’s other areas of expertise include banking and finance, energy, manufacturing, healthcare, real estate and state-owned enterprises.
