Ms. Liu Xiaoxiao has extensive experience in capital markets and corporate affairs. She has represented issuers and underwriters, including large Chinese companies and investment banks, in their initial public offerings (IPOs) and has extensive experience across industries such as biotech, property management, real estate, chemical, TMT, manufacturing, education and culture and tourism. Before joining JunHe, Ms. Liu worked in other leading international law firms.
