Ms. Huang Haifan has extensive experience in foreign investment, corporate mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution and day-to-day corporate legal affairs. She has represented many multinational enterprises in their investments within China, participated in the design and negotiation of transaction structures, drafted transaction documents and issued legal opinions across industries including real estate, healthcare, fashion and new energy. Ms. Huang has also represented foreign-invested enterprises in litigation and achieved remarkable results.

The representative transactions advised by Ms. Huang include an automotive company's investment in a Chinese new energy auto parts enterprise, a Canadian fund's investment in a rapidly growing Chinese SaaS enterprise and a general trading company's investment in a Chinese pre-IPO veterinary drug enterprise. She also represented a multinational pharmaceutical company in a series of litigations within China.
