Ms. Zhao Yang (Chris) joined JunHe's Beijing office in 2015 and has extensive experience in the telecom, internet and hi-tech sectors.

She provides legal services such as compliance analysis, structure design and legal document drafting to leading companies on their internet and hi-tech projects in China, assisting clients to successfully land and operate a variety of cutting-edge digital businesses.

Ms. Zhao advises companies across industries such as automotives, manufacturing, consumptions, software and the internet on their daily operations and corporate governance matters. She also has experience in the regulatory compliance of emerging technology fields including AI.
