Mr. Yang Chuhan (Eli) joined JunHe in 2014 and focuses on corporate and M&A, capital markets and venture capital. He has experience in sectors including new energy, intelligent manufacturing, healthcare and infrastructure.

Mr. Yang has extensive experience in listed company M&As and restructuring, bankruptcy reorganization, and the acquisition of the controlling interests in listed companies. He has participated in transaction structure design, negotiations and legal document drafting for the major material asset reorganizations of listed companies such as China Merchants Port, China Merchants Shekou, China Merchants Energy Shipping and ZTE Corporation.

His representative transactions in recent years include:

Representing China Merchants Port (SZ.001872) on its investments in Antong Holdings (SH.600179) and Ningbo Port (SH.601018) via bankruptcy reorganization and private placement respectively. Representing Anhui Wanwei Group and Anhui Conch Group on their acquisition of Shanshan Co., Ltd. (SH.600884) through bankruptcy reorganization. Leading the A-share spin-off and listing projects for subsidiaries of Han's Laser (SZ. 002008) and other listed companies.

Mr. Yang also provided legal services for the private equity funds managed by CICC Capital regarding their investments in the intelligent manufacturing and autonomous driving sectors in China.

Mr. Yang is a member of the All-China Bar Association and the Shenzhen Bar Association.

Mr. Yang earned his LL.B. from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 2013 and his LL.M. from Durham University in 2014.
