Ms. Wang Siyu (Rain) specializes in international trade sanctions and export control. She advises clients on regulatory monitoring, enforcement investigations and on-the-ground compliance under PRC, U.S. and EU legal frameworks.

Ms. Wang brings practical knowledge of U.S. and EU export control and sanctions regimes, delivering tailored compliance solutions for clients in sectors such as financial services, semiconductors, artificial intelligence, manufacturing and aerospace. She has substantial experience handling regulatory investigations and navigating complex cross-border compliance obligations involving national security and data protection. Ms. Wang also advises on compliance due diligence for investment, financing and overseas listings, and conducts executive training.

Ms. Wang provides legal support to both foreign-invested enterprises and Chinese companies expanding abroad, covering tariffs and supply chain restructuring, PRC export control enforcement and the strategic use of countermeasures including the Anti-Foreign Sanctions Law and the Unreliable Entity List. She has hands-on experience in dual-use item classification and assessment, MOFCOM and customs enforcement proceedings and cross-border matters in sanctions and counter-sanctions.
