Mr. Shi Xiaodi joined JunHe in 2017 and is based in the Shanghai office.

Mr. Shi provides legal advice and services to multinational and leading domestic enterprises regarding their domestic and overseas investments, business restructurings, employee equity incentives and their daily operations and compliance. He has participated in industry M&A and PE/VC investment transactions, taking charge of transaction structure design, due diligence and the drafting and negotiation of transaction documents. The industries covered by his clients include life and health, new energy, cosmetics, automotive, TMT, food and beverage, chemicals and logistics.

Mr. Shi's representative clients include well-known investment institutions such as PAG, Temasek, TPG, Cornell Capital and CDH, as well as prominent domestic and international enterprises including Tencent, Ctrip, Volvo, Starbucks, Bosch, Avon, Costa, Nike and Chanel.

Mr. Shi earned his Juris Master from Fudan University, and Bachelor of Arts from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics.
