Ms. Liu Chenxin’s primary practice area is dispute resolution, covering civil and commercial litigation and arbitration. She has handled many complex cases with amounts in dispute ranging from hundreds of millions to billions of RMB.

Ms. Liu specializes in financial disputes, equity investment disputes, corporate control disputes, lease contract disputes, product liability disputes, and distribution contract disputes and is also familiar with enforcement procedures. She has represented clients in litigation before the Supreme People’s Court and people’s courts at all levels across the country. Ms. Liu has acted as counsel in arbitration proceedings administered by domestic institutions including CIETAC and SHIAC and she has also handled arbitral procedures before overseas arbitration bodies such as the ICC International Court of Arbitration and HKIAC.  Ms. Liu has a solid practice background in civil cases involving individuals, including divorce disputes and personal injury compensation claims.

Ms. Liu also has extensive professional experience in commercial compliance and white-collar crime investigations. She provides perennial legal services and compliance advice to large multinational enterprises across the cosmetic, medical device, pharmaceutical and automotive industries. Ms. Liu's practice covers matters concerning advertising law, anti-unfair competition, consumer rights protection, pricing and promotion and product labeling compliance. She was seconded to a renowned multinational retail cosmetics enterprise where she was responsible for advertising compliance reviews for multiple brands. Ms. Liu regularly designs and formulates marketing compliance solutions for a number of leading enterprises.

Ms. Liu has led multiple large-scale white-collar crime investigations involving multinational corporations, and many of  her representative cases have had notable influence in the industry.

Ms. Liu has been ranked in The Legal 500 Greater China 2026.
