Ms. Xinye Li has extensive experience in A-share and international capital market listings, private equity financing, capital operations of listed companies, and mergers and acquisitions. She has participated in many high-profile Hong Kong, A-share, and U.S. stock listings for leading domestic enterprises and has represented industry-leading companies and well-known investment institutions in equity financing and M&A transactions involving both onshore and offshore structures. Ms. Xinye has also been involved in private placements, debt issuances, and share transfers for listed companies across A-share, Hong Kong and U.S. markets.

Ms. Xinye's client portfolio covers emerging sectors such as artificial intelligence, robotics, power, new energy, and aerospace. She has provided legal services to a diverse range of prominent investment funds, including state-owned and foreign-backed funds. Recent representative transactions include Phancy's H-share listing, CIG's A+H listing, Geek+'s H-share listing, Auntea Jenny's H-share listing, Atour Group's U.S. listing, and Isvision's A-share listing. Ms. Xinye acted for Zhihu in the acquisition of several education and training companies, for Loscam in acquiring Brambles Group’s PRC business, and for Auntea Jenny in acquiring European and U.S. local shops. She has also represented listed companies across various jurisdictions, including Atour Group, Phancy, Haichang Ocean Park, Weimob Group, AAC Technologies, and Ziyan Food Group, in public equity offerings, bond issuances, and equity incentive plans.
