Ms. Li Huiyi specializes in offshore securities offerings and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. She has represented multinational corporations, financial institutions, investment funds and a broad range of foreign, state-owned and private capital firms. Ms. Li has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating transaction documents, transaction structuring and preparing legal opinions. She regularly advises clients on PRC legal and regulatory matters, as well as day-to-day and specialized legal issues. Ms. Li is well versed in the regulatory framework and market practices across major jurisdictions and has  extensive experience in sectors including financial institutions, TMT, energy and manufacturing.

Prior to joining JunHe in 2016, Ms. Li worked at another leading law firm.
