Mr. Cui Jian joined   JunHe in July 2017 and specializes in capital markets. His practice areas   include corporate financing, domestic and overseas listings, mergers and   acquisitions, and general corporate counsel services. His work covers   industries such as biomedicine, commercial aerospace, integrated circuits,   and TMT.

Mr. Cui has provided comprehensive legal services to many renowned   companies including SG Micro, LongShine, Kingsoft, Xingyu, Orienspace,   Syngenta, China Isotope & Radiation Corporation, Bank of China, Carlsberg   and Imunopharm.

Mr. Cui is qualified as a lawyer in the People's Republic of China and has a Securities Qualification certificate.
