Career
Ms Zhou Jun has over 20 years of experience in practicing law in China. She has extensive experience in infrastructure development and project finance transactions. She has also advised multinational and domestic companies in various types of direct investment, M&A and restructuring transactions. These transactions involve a broad range of industries, such as energy, petrochemical, machinery and electric appliances manufacturing, real estate, hotel, pharmaceutical, distribution, high technology, and telecommunications.
In 1995, prior to joining Jun He, Ms Zhou Jun was a founding partner of Junyi Law Office. She had worked as an attorney at C&C Law Office (from 1991 to 1995) and as a visiting attorney at Clifford Chance, London and Hong Kong offices (in 1997).
