Ms. Zhao joined JunHe in 2000 and provides legal services relating to corporate law, securities, investment and mergers and acquisitions. She has extensive transactional experience in relation to industries such as banking, insurance, securities, pharmaceuticals, and the environment.

Ms. Zhao has participated in several projects including the issuance and listing of red chips, A shares and H shares, the re-financing of listed companies, major assets restructuring, and the issuance of domestic and foreign bonds. She has provided comprehensive legal services for the reorganization, restructuring and merger and acquisition of several domestic and foreign enterprises, as well as domestic and foreign investment and financing.
