Ms. Shen joined JunHe in November 2004 and has over 10 years of legal practice experience. She has advised many multinational and domestic corporations on labor issues from hire to fire, reviewing and revising employment contracts and HR policies, layoffs and other employee settlement projects as well as various labor issues in relation to corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions.
Ms. Shen has extensive experience representing multinational and domestic companies in labor dispute cases, including class actions.
Ms. Shen has also provided legal services to well-known companies in respect to general corporate business, foreign investment and mergers and acquisitions.
