Mr. Zhao joined JunHe in June 2005 and has been with JunHe’s capital market group ever since.

Mr. Zhao specializes in capital markets related practices, including corporate and reorganization, domestic and overseas IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment, major assets reorganization of listed companies and bond issuance.

Mr. Zhao has provided comprehensive legal services for reorganization, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and other investments of many domestic and foreign enterprises. The clients he has represented include Phoenix Publishing and Media Corporation, COOEC, Liaison Interactive Information Technology Co., Ltd. Guangdong Tapai Group, Eging PV and Suntront Technology.
