Ms. Zhang has been working as a lawyer since 2000, and in July 2002 she joined JunHe’s Beijing office. Previously, Ms. Zhang worked in a Beijing law firm for two years, engaged in capital market operations.

During her 16-year practice, she has been involved in a large number of capital market projects and has accumulated a wealth of experience, including major assets reorganization of listed companies, stock financing, bond financing and IPOs. She has experience in the reorganization, financing, mergers and acquisitions before and after listed, equity incentive plans and the daily compliance business of listed companies.

Ms. Zhang has participated in dozens of companies’ reorganization, restructuring, private placements, initial public offering of shares, listing and refinancing of listed companies and mergers and acquisitions. She has provided comprehensive legal service in areas such as reorganization, share issuance and listings, capital operation and mergers for several wellknown domestic companies. These include the China Offshore Oil Corporation, Offshore Oil Engineering Corporation, China State shipbuilding Corporation, China shipbuilding industry Corporation, Beijing Tourism Group, Haier Group, Erdos Group and Sequoia Capital.

She has been admitted to the Bar of People’s Republic of China and is a member of the All China Lawyers Association.

Ms. Zhang graduated with a Master’s Degree from the law school of Peking University.
