Mr. Zhang joined JunHe in January 1999 and is now a partner in the Beijing office.
Mr. Zhang has provided professional legal services for many state-owned enterprises, domestic and overseas listed companies and multinational companies in areas such as investments, listings, mergers and acquisitions and financing. He has experience e across a wide range of industries such as banking, machinery manufacturing, coal, automobiles, ships, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, sewage treatment, real estate, materials, and electronics.
He is the fourth, fifth and sixth issuance examination committee members of The China Securities Regulatory Commission GEM Issuance Examination Committee.
Member of the first listing committee of the GEM of Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
