Mr. Yi began his practice in 2003 and specializes in domestic and overseas listings, foreign capital M&As, corporate reorganization, corporate finance and other projects. He has represented many well-known companies and investment bank funds both home and abroad and has provided legal services for their investment and M&A projects. This includes project structure design, drafting and negotiating contracts and issuing legal opinion. During his practice, Mr. Yi has also provided legal services for a number of large state-owned enterprises, domestic and overseas listed companies, and multi-national corporations in their investments, listings, M&As and financing. He has also participated in the stock issuance and domestic and overseas listings of several large domestic enterprises.

Fluent in English and Mandarin

Member of the Beijing Lawyers Association (BLA), the All-China Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
