Ms. Tang joined JunHe in 1995 and has been a partner since 2004. She has 20 years experience as a real estate and corporate lawyer. Her main practice areas are  real estate acquisitions and dispositions, real estate financing, private equity investment, foreign direct investment, and mergers and acquisitions.

Ms. Tang also advised the Legal Department of the Ministry of Land and Resources on land related legislative works, including among others, the Implementation Rules for Real Estate Registration and the Administrative Measures of Unused Land.

In 2015 Ms. Tang was selected by the Asia Legal Business as the “Client Choice Top 20 Lawyers in China”.

Ms. Tang was invited by Mipim France and Mipim Asia as a panelist in the China sessions of real estate investment from 2009 through 2012.
