Ms. Hu joined JunHe in 2004.

 Dispute Resolution

Ms. Hu has had extensive success in litigation and arbitration proceedings in a broad variety of disputes, including equity interest, international trade and investment, lease, unfair competition and other commercial and economic matters. Her areas of expertise in litigation and arbitration include providing constructive and practical dispute avoidance schemes, designing litigation and arbitration strategies, representing clients in all proceedings of litigation and arbitration.

Corporate and M&A

Ms. Hu also acts as legal counsel to multinational companies and other foreign invested companies and state-owned enterprises, and also handles a variety of legal issues related to daily operations.

 Regulatory Compliance

Ms. Hu has also represented many domestic and international clients in commercial bribery cases, handled AIC administrative sanction cases in relation to commercial bribery, fraudulent advertising, etc.
