Partner

Ms. Yan joined JunHe at the end of 2000 and became a partner in 2001. As a partner at JunHe for 17 years, Ms. Yan has extensive experience in providing legal services to a number of leading multinational companies, large-scale state-owned enterprises and privately owned listed companies. This includes routine general corporate matters, regulations compliance and complex cross-border M&A transactions including inbound and outbound and private equity/venture capital investments. She has experience in various industries such as machinery, automobiles and their components, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, healthcare, lighting, retail merchandising, food and beverages, renewable energies, agricultural projects, entertainment, infrastructure, real estate and land development projects.

In recent years she has been involved with regulation compliance for multinational and listed companies. Ms. Yan has also taken part in areas involving company by-laws, compliance handbook review, tender process regulation compliance, and assisting companies in conducting internal and external investigations.

Prior to joining JunHe in 2000, Ms. Yan worked as the Chinese legal counsel at a leading European law firm in Germany for nearly six years. During this time she specialized in the areas of infrastructure, FDIs and M&A transaction projects in China.
