Ms. Dong specializes in capital markets. She focuses on pre-IPO reorganizations, overseas and domestic IPOs, security, finance and general legal matters for listed companies. She has also been extensively involved in mergers and acquisitions in China, PRC general corporate matters and foreign direct investments.

Before joining JunHe, Ms. Dong worked at Commerce and Finance Law Offices for about five years. Ms. Dong served as PRC legal counsel for a number of IPOs, pre-IPO reorganizations, and cross-boarded M&A deals. The major industries Ms. Dong has covered include financial, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, electrical, network, real estate, shipping, electricity, electronics, textiles, mining, software, environmental protection, automobile manufacturing, etc. Since joining JunHe, Ms. Dong has assisted various clients in their reorganization and Mainland and overseas IPOs and listings, in their M&A in China, in their venture capital in the Mainland and overseas, and in their other PRC general corporate matters.
