Ms. Du joined JunHe in April 2012 and is currently based in our Beijing office. Her practice focuses on industries such as infrastructure, energy, power, chemicals and public utilities and she has a great deal of experience handling inbound and cross-border legal services. She gained extensive international exposure while advising various clients such as multinational companies, PRC state-owned enterprises, financial institutions and PRC government authorities in matters both in and outside of China, including green-field project development, M&As, project financing and outbound investment.  She has advised a number of energy, infrastructure and project financing related deals which have been nominated or rated as a deal of the year by various legal institutions such as ALB and China Business Law Journal.
