Ms. Xuan Li joined JunHe’s Beijing office in 2010. She focuses on private equity/venture capital, M&A, fund formation and capital market practice, with experience across a wide spectrum of industry sectors including healthcare, the internet, culture and media, retail, energy, and the environment. Ms. Li specializes in legal services for M&A and private equity financing transactions, excelling in deal structuring as well as the drafting and negotiation of transaction documents. She has represented renowned corporate clients and institutional investors in various deals of significant size and complexity, exceptional in their innovation and industrial impact. Ms. Li has built a strong track record in the healthcare and TMT sectors with extensive deal experience. Ms. Li has rich experience in the formation of investment funds with different types and structures and has accumulated a wealth of expertise in regulatory requirements, fund structures and fund contract clauses. She has also represented several FOF, guidance funds, and insurance funds in their investments in a variety of funds and their managers respectively. Ms. Li is also a seasoned capital markets lawyer. She has acted for issuers and sponsors in a variety of securities transactions including onshore and offshore public offerings.

Ms. Li is qualified to practice law in the PRC and is a member of the New York State Bar.

Ms. Li earned her Master of Laws at University of Virginia, and her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Economics at Peking University.
