Mr. Delong Zou joined JunHe in 2015 and now is a partner in the Dispute Resolution department. His practice area covers domestic and foreign-related dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration, property preservation, judicial enforcement, opposition to enforcement, recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards, and liquidation. Mr. Zou has been involved in a significant number of cases, which cover a wide range of business, including financial loans, the issuance of bonds, trust and assets management and the international sales of goods. He also has experience in third-party collection of payment, quality defects of products, PE/M&A, mining rights, corporate governance, the compliance of listed companies, unfair competition and factoring.
