Ms. Gu joined JunHe in 2016 and currently practices at the firm’s Shanghai office.
With more than 20 years of experience, Ms. Gu has participated in over 15,000 litigation cases, 3,500 of which she conducted. She specializes in real estate dispute resolutions and is also experienced in matters involving contractual disputes, property rights, intellectual property, labor disputes and commercial transactions.
Ms. Gu is widely recognized for her skills in resolving complex commercial disputes. She has represented domestic and international clients in both litigation and arbitration proceedings. Ms. Gu has extensive experience in designing individualized solutions for crisis management and dispute resolution and always provides her clients with prompt and constructive guidance.
