Lijun Zhang joined JunHe in December 2005. Before joining JunHe, Ms. Zhang worked with An, Tian, Zhang and Partners, specializing in intellectual property rights. She has represented leading multinational and Chinese companies dealing with trademark registration and protection, trademark infringement and litigation, copyright protection and litigation and other IP related matters including drafting and reviewing transaction documents.

Ms. Zhang has extensive transactional experience in relation to foreign direct investment, M&A (especially in medical investment), PE investment, debt restructuring, intellectual property protection and hotel management. She has experience in various fields including medical care and health, food, medicine, internet, real estate, infrastructure and the chemical industries.

Ms. Zhang qualified as a Chinese lawyer in 2006 and is a member of the All-China Bar Association.
