Mr. Yu Jinlong joined JunHe LLP in 2011 and is based in the firm's Beijing headquarters.

Mr. Yu’s practice focuses on private equity and mergers & acquisitions. He advises PE funds, listed companies, and state-owned enterprises on their financial investments and strategic M&A, with exceptional expertise in designing transaction structures and leading the drafting and negotiation of deal documents. He has represented investors in a multitude of landmark investment, M&A, and joint venture projects known for their scale, complexity, innovation, and industry impact. His practice also covers a wide range of investor-side matters, including exit transactions, risk management, and day-to-day regulatory compliance, having built a prominent track record.

Beyond his work for investors, Mr. Yu frequently counsels established corporations, growth-stage and start-up companies, and their founders through equity financing, corporate restructurings, and equity sales. He has assisted clients in securing investments from many renowned investors and in successfully completing restructurings and sales.

Mr. Yu also possesses substantial experience in domestic and international capital markets and asset securitization. His track record includes IPOs, material asset restructurings of listed companies, private placements of listed companies, and public takeovers of listed companies, along with the formation, listing and asset disposition of onshore and offshore REITs, CMBS, and other form of ABS. For his leading role in the IPO of G.H.Y. Culture & Media on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange, the project was named “Equity Market Deal of the Year” by the ALB SE Asia Law Awards.
