Ms. Yin joined JunHe in July 2011 and is based in our Beijing office. She has vast experience in private equity investment, industrial mergers and acquisitions and foreign investment in areas such as healthcare and medication, education, energy, security services, tourism, real estate and catering.
Ms. Yin focuses on private equity investment, industrial mergers and acquisitions and foreign investment, and has in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in deal structuring, document drafting and negotiation. She has completed many projects in the aforesaid fields as well as investment exit projects. The main clients Ms. Yin has served include CPE, Hillhouse Capital, CDH Investment, GIC and BOC Investment.
