Ms. Jie Chen joined JunHe in 1994. She has represented a wide range of international companies and Chinese domestic enterprises, providing comprehensive professional services in mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments, financings and joint ventures.  Ms. Chen has extensive legal experience in advising international clients in their investment ventures and complex corporate transactions in China in the areas of strategic restructuring, acquisitions, incorporation and other matters.  She has represented numerous Chinese companies in their inbound M&A transactions and outbound investments.

Ms. Chen also worked at a major Silicon Valley based law firm for twelve months, where she focused on venture finance and mergers and acquisitions for technology companies and venture funds.
