Ms. Ju joined JunHe’s Beijing office in 2010. Previously, she worked at LG Electronics (China) for many years, providing legal support to LG Electronics Inc. and its affiliated companies in China in the fields of reorganization, real estate, financing, product development, distribution, environmental protection, labor issues and dispute resolution. During this time, Ms. Ju was assigned to DLA Piper’s Hong Kong office for a short-term internship and she also provided legal support to LG Hong Kong during the internship.

Since joining JunHe, Ms. Ju has focused on foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, legal compliance consultancy and investigation, general corporate matters and NGO activities. She has represented a number of domestic and multinational leading companies, private equity funds and investment institutions in their investment and acquisition transactions and legal compliance projects. She serves clients from various industries such as high-tech, TMT, real estate, banking, insurance, financial leasing, international trade, entertainment, manufacturing and NGOs.

Ms. Ju was named as one of the Recommended Lawyers and New Generation Lawyers in the Corporate and M&A sector in the Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2018.
