Mr. Jin has long been engaged in the legal practice and research of civil and commercial affairs and many of his judgments and essays have been published in national legal journals. He is often invited to give theme speeches at Peking University, China University of Political Science and Law, China Foreign Affairs University, Judicial Bureau and the Lawyers Association. Thanks to his outstanding professional performance, Mr. Jin has twice been awarded the Personal 3rd Class Merit and many other municipal honors.

At JunHe, Mr. Jin practices in arbitration and litigation and restructuring and insolvency. He specializes in dispute settlement in areas such as contractual disputes, corporate lawsuits, product liability, engineering construction and labor disputes. Mr. Jin provides regular legal services for many international companies and large-scaled enterprises, and has extensive experience in corporate compliance review, the assessment of legal risks in major projects, and duty-related crimes.
