Mr. HU Yupeng (Yves) is a Partner in JunHe LLP's Beijing office. He specializes in cross-border dispute prevention and resolution, assisting clients in resolving conflicts through negotiation, ADR, litigation, and arbitration. Mr. Hu regularly advises clients across Asia, Europe, the United States, and Africa. He acts as counsel and advocate in arbitrations under various rules, court proceedings, and sports-related disputes.

Mr. HU represents Chinese and foreign clients across a broad spectrum of international disputes. His extensive arbitration experience as counsel spans major global and regional rules (ICC, CIETAC, SIAC, LCIA, HKIAC, DIS, DIAC, Swiss Rules, UNCITRAL, BANI, and SCIA). He is highly adept in DB/DAB/DAAB proceedings for EPC contracts and widely acknowledged for his expertise in resolving international construction project disputes and complex cross-border commercial conflicts.
