Ms.Cai joined JunHe LLP   in January 2011 and is now a partner in the firm's Corporate/M&A practice   group. She has been practicing at JunHe's Shanghai office for nearly 15   years. Admitted to practice law in both the People's Republic of China and   the State of New York, USA, Ms. Cai specializes in corporate mergers &   acquisitions, investment and financing, corporate overseas expansion, and   legal matters pertaining to the digital and intelligent economy.

Ms. Cai has extensive   experience in providing legal services to multinational corporations,   international investment banks, funds, Chinese companies, and listed   companies in various cross-border strategic M&A transactions, domestic   and overseas investments, joint ventures, and outbound projects. She excels   at crafting practical and efficient strategic solutions for clients in   complex and innovative transactions and provides ongoing support for their   regulatory compliance frameworks. In the realm of overseas expansion, she is   adept at coordinating and managing foreign counsel teams to assist clients in   completing greenfield investments and M&A transactions across various   jurisdictions, including without limitation the United States, Europe, and   the Middle East. Particularly for expansion into the Middle East, Ms. Cai's   deep familiarity with Arab culture, legal frameworks, and the   business-political environment enables her to deliver effective, integrated   solutions for clients.

Ms. Cai’s clients span a wide   range of industries. In recent years, she has developed a strong focus on and   substantial experience in various high-tech sectors, including without   limitation pharmaceuticals, healthcare technology, artificial intelligence,   Web 3.0, blockchain, and e-gaming. Her work for numerous industry leaders in   these fields spans M&A, financing, overseas expansion, and general   operations, encompassing legal advisory services, deal structuring, due   diligence, drafting and negotiation of transactional documents, and the   establishment of compliance and regulatory systems.

Ms. Cai's expertise has   been recognized by the prestigious legal ranking guide The Legal 500, which   has recommended her as a notable lawyer. She also serves as an Adjunct   Lecturer for postgraduate courses at the Fudan University School of Law.
