Ms. Zhang joined JunHe’s Shenzhen office in January 2011. Previously, she worked at Jingtian and Gongcheng Law firm in Shenzhen.

Ms. Zhang’s major practice areas include capital markets, corporate, mergers and acquisitions (M&As) and Private Equity/Venture Capital. She provides all-round legal services to various domestic and multinational enterprises in their M&As, reorganization, restructuring, IPOs, investments and financing projects.

Ms. Zhang is a member of the All China Lawyers Association and the Shenzhen Lawyers Association.

Ms. Zhang graduated from Henan University of Technology and obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. She then graduated from Tsinghua University and obtained a Juris Master degree.
