Ms. Shen joined JunHe in 2019 and currently practices at the firm’s Hangzhou office. Prior to joining JunHe, Ms. Shen worked at King & Wood Mallesons for nine years and named as counsel.

Ms. Shen focuses on capital market related practices and specializes in domestic A-share IPOs, overseas red-chip listings, mergers and acquisitions of listed companies and refinancing operations. She has provided expertise to a wide range of industries including the internet, games, manufacturing, construction, real estate, medicine, education and agriculture.

Ms. Shen has undertaken a number of private equity fund establishment, raising and investment projects. She has provided legal services for raising, transformation and liquidation of dozens of securities investment funds. She has also provided compliance business services for fund management company subsidiaries, trust companies and bank financing subsidiaries.

Ms. Shen provides comprehensive legal advice to many listed companies.
