Mr. Wei started his career in 2007 with Linklaters LLP, working as a legal researcher in their Shanghai office. In 2008 he joined JunHe. He has extensive experience in corporate and commercial matters including overseas and domestic IPOs, reorganization, public company takeovers, employee share schemes, M&A, and private equity.
