Ms. Ye joined JunHe in July 2005. Previously, she worked in the Commerce & Finance Law Offices for three years. Ms. Ye specializes in capital market related transactions.

Ms. Ye has provided legal services for many state-owned companies, private companies and private equity funds on a broad range of transactions, including public offerings and private placements in domestic and overseas stock markets (mainland China, Hong Kong and the US), restructuring, private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance. She has extensive experience in a wide range of industries, including finance, real estate, publications, pharmaceuticals, health care, education, film and television, new energy, retail and manufacturing.
