Career
At JunHe, his practice focuses on corporations, securities, M&As and dispute resolution. He has assisted various companies in their restructuring, reorganization, mergers, share issues and listings, and has served as Chinese legal counsel for many enterprises. He has also acted for a large number of litigation cases.
Mr. Xia is not only the first member of the Listing & Orientation Capital Increase Review Board of Hainan Equity Trading Centre, but also a member of the Finance & Securities Commission of the Hainan Lawyers Association.
