Mr. Ye Jianxin joined JunHe in 2015 and specializes in capital market, corporate and M&A, and private equity/venture capital. He has experience in the reorganization, restructuring, domestic and overseas listings and merges and acquisitions of companies. Mr. Ye assists clients from  industries such as e-commerce, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, expressway operation, energy, chemical warehousing, civil blasting, military industry, real estate management, online gaming, internet finance and SaaS. He has provided legal services to large state-owned enterprises, listed companies, and rapidly growing private enterprises.
