Ms. Xing joined JunHe in July 2011 and has vast experience in assisting clients with labor law, dispute resolution and mergers and acquisition issues.
In litigation/arbitration activities, Ms. Xing is an expert in team management, evidence collection and developing litigation strategies and is able to get started with relevant technologies quickly. She strives to protect the legitimate rights and interests of her clients with diligence, professional knowledge and experience.
Ms. Xing has also advised many multinational corporations, leading companies and large state-owned enterprises on employment compliance issues, including but not limited to internal investigation, drafting and revising labor contracts, staff handbooks and other internal rules, and confidentiality and non-competition agreements. In addition, Ms. Xing has extensive experience in assisting clients with labor issues in corporate public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and liquidation projects.
