Mr. Yiheng Wu specializes in complex domestic and cross-border litigation and arbitration. He has extensive experience representing both Chinese and international clients in cases involving investment and financial disputes, corporate equity control issues, trust asset management disputes, commercial contract disputes, enforcement proceedings, and civil-criminal crossover matters.

He also provides daily legal services to numerous domestic and international enterprises, including compliance system construction and administrative procedures involving regulatory oversight. Leveraging his extensive experience in corporate equity and investment finance, he offers comprehensive services in family wealth planning and inheritance.

Mr. Wu specializes in the automotive industry and has rich experience in handling cases across all industrial sectors. He has handled disputes involving shareholder conflicts, supply chain and sales contract issues, auto finance matters, vehicle sales contract disputes, product quality liability disputes, recall-related administrative procedures, and civil-criminal crossover matters concerning corporate executives involved in white-collar crime. He possesses a deep understanding of enterprise operations and risk mitigation within the automotive sector.

Mr. Wu has handled a wide range of disputes related to the real estate industry, including land development contract disputes, joint venture real estate development contract disputes, construction contract disputes, real estate mortgage contract disputes, commercial housing sales contract disputes, lease contract disputes, the dissolution and liquidation of real estate companies, and debt recovery disputes involving real estate companies as debtors. He also manages many enforcement proceedings and enforcement relief cases.

Mr. Wu served as both Editor-in-Chief and editor of the Renmin University Law Review (a CSSCI-indexed academic journal) during his postgraduate studies.
