Mr. An joined JunHe’s Beijing office in July 2011 and is a partner in the Banking and Finance Group. Prior to joining Jun He, Mr. An worked at Run Ming Law Office from 2007 to 2010, where he specialized in aviation finance and financial leasing. From 2010 to 2011, he worked at Hui Rong Law Office, focusing on banking and financial leasing.
As a partner at JunHe, Mr. An specializes in the areas of syndicated loans, cross-border financing, acquisition finance, trade finance, aircraft and equipment leasing and NPL disposal. He has advised overseas and domestic banks, financial leasing companies, asset management companies and other financial institutions, on a variety of regulatory and transactional matters with respect to banking and finance.
