Ms. Shi joined JunHe in 2014. Prior to joining JunHe, Ms. Shi worked in the Hong Kong office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP.
Since joining JunHe, Ms. Shi has been significantly involved in lots of onshore and offshore IPO and share offering deals, including restructuring, share incentive plans, equity financing and family trusts. She has been involved in various onshore and offshore bond issuances, compliance of listed companies and securities companies, and M&A deals. She has dealt with clients in industries such as healthcare, securities companies, automobiles, energy, mining, the internet, education and food.
