Mr. Xiaosen Liu joined JunHe’s Shanghai office in 2012 and is counsel in JunHe’s restructuring and insolvency team. He specializes in restructuring and insolvency and dispute resolution and has expertise in bankruptcy reorganization, bankruptcy liquidation, compulsory liquidation and voluntary liquidation. His dispute resolution services cover corporate commercial litigation, arbitration, enforcement cases and multiple types of bankruptcy derivative litigation.

Mr. Liu has handled many bankruptcy cases as a court appointed administrator or senior counsel. He has represented clients in multiple bankruptcy projects and has filed claims on behalf of creditors, filed for bankruptcy on behalf of debtors/creditors, and participated in reorganizations on behalf of investors. Mr. Liu plans bankruptcy projects and provides professional and meticulous legal services in the whole process of a project. He has participated in major restructuring and insolvency cases such as Xilin Steel Group’s substantive consolidation restructuring project (involving 40 companies), the bankruptcy and liquidation of Shanghai SNS Intelligent Technology and the bankruptcy and liquidation of Shanghai Konor Electromechanics.
