Ms. Yan Song joined JunHe in 2018 and is based in the Beijing office.
Ms. Song specializes in civil and commercial litigation, domestic/foreign-related arbitration and enforcement. She is experienced in handling difficult and complex cases, particularly real estate and construction disputes, corporate equity disputes and financial disputes. Ms. Song provides perennial legal services for many leading enterprises and has extensive experience in risk prevention in investment and financing projects, and in corporate compliance reviews.
