Mr. Zhao is a partner practicing in the Shanghai office of JunHe, and has more than 19 years of experience. Since joining JunHe in May 2008, he has represented many multinational companies in their merger and acquisition projects and direct investment (including joint venture investment) across various industries such as consultancy, airlines, retail/FMCG, e-commerce, advertising, entertainment and media, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, logistics, hospitality, automotive, energy, chemicals, etc.
