Counsel

Wang Jinghua is a counsel at JunHe and is based in the Beijing head office.

Ms. Wang joined JunHe in 2007. Before that, Ms. Wang was the counsel at Beijing Jun Yi Law Offices.

For over 20 years, Ms. Wang has accumulated extensive experience in banking and finance transactions. She specializes in syndicate loans, M&A loans, shipping finance, trade finance and cross-border finance transactions. She provides legal services to major domestic and overseas banks such as the Bank of China, China Development Bank, Export-Import Bank of China, Standard Chartered Bank, Societe General and DBS Banking Ltd. Since 2008, she has been acting as the legal counsel of the Bank of China.

Ms. Wang has represented the lenders in several petrochemical finance projects, including the Sinopec Sabic petrochemical project located in Tianjin. She has been involved with their integrated petrochemical projects and their refinancing and expansion project in Jiangsu Province.

Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Member of the All-China Bar Association.
